      Ideal for arm toning and a bunch of ab exercises

      I originally needed 2.2 kg dumbbells for my arms workout but Decath had 2 kg ones. I still bought them and have not regretted at all..

      Simple but effective!

      Not much to say, except some serious thought has fine into something so simple.
      The coating gives great grip, which is helped by the large diameter of the handle is good for big hands!
      The flats on the edge stops them rolling on the floor.
      One piece design means they are safe for overhead exercises.
