      I have been using this product for 3 times a week, unfortunately the Velcro dsnt have the same grip it keeps coming off.

      These weights can be used on ankles and wrists. Good for beginners and older ages. Good for physiotherapy.

      Ankle weights

      This is my probably 2nd or 3rd ankle weight. Good product, but will recommend small modifications in design, like a loop on the opposite side of fastening strap be provided for bettet attachment while running, which will further hold it compact.
