After bought this product or even after washing it. This product still have a strong chemical smell. Would like to ask whether can bring back to exchange for other products?

I'm am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with the resistance band even after washing it. I will forward this to our product engineers for them to take this into account for their next product design. As spoken before, you can try sun drying it over the weekend. If the smell still persists, please do not hesitate to come down to the store to seek a full refund.

On third day of use,my band developed a tear near one end which eventually got torn apart n a week.I am still able to use the remaining part though.A good option to carry while traveling with flexibility of using it,in your own ways.

Quality was poor. While working out, 15 cm length of the band came off separately in my hand. This product hardly got used for 2 months. Since I was not in India, did not or rather could not approach the outlet for a replacement.

I purchased this pilates resistance band for my scapula rehabilitation from Decathlon Coimbatore on 23rd August. I have tied it to the window grill and doing external rotation with normal tension and suddenly it got tore. Very disappointed that a decathlon product behaves such way.

I purchased this pilates resistance band for my rotator cuff rehabilitation from decathlon Vadodara on 6th August. I really thought it was great until it tore apart a few inches away from the mid section for no reason at all while stretching. Disappointing.

For one week it supported very well....and I just loved it.....I have tied it to the pole and doing external rotation with normal tension and suddenly it got tore.i didn't expect this from decathlon.....p

Please do exchange the product with nearby store whenever you can, as we need to test the product being returned from your side to cross check on the quality test parameters to avoid such issues in the future.
Also this product is advised only using your hands with required pressure but with the poles it was not suggested, anyway we will try to cross check with the manufacturing team .
