This is a good Spinning bike for those just getting into spinning. It is a good sturdy bike.
The hardest part for me was getting it out of the box. After that it was very easy to build. This was bought for my wife who has back problems, so we changed the seat, as the seat provided is quite hard and uncomfortable.
The bike does the majority of what you need. However the only thing it is missing is the ability to count RPMs. Most spinning workouts talk about increasing your RPMs over a certain figure so without this information it is difficult to judge what you are doing.
Overall a good bike for beginners.
Easy to assemble and adjust to give good position, Little lightweight for a larger person
This bike is an excellent replacement for my previous one....I run through an average spinning class sequence 3-4 times weekly.
Could be a little lightweight or a larger person in terms of out of the a saddle work.
