How to adjust your skipping rope
Remove the end of the handle. To determine the right length for your skipping rope, place your foot in the middle of the rope and lift the handles up either side of your body. For beginners, or to be more comfortable, the handles should come up to your shoulders. For advanced users, the rope can be shorter, coming up to the bottom of your ribs or your navel. Cut off the extra rope, do not put it back inside the handle.

We strongly recommend wearing trainers to cushion impacts

Ma corde,mon conseil
les poignées très souples & réglages faciles R.A.S.

Je n'ai utilisée ma corde qu'occasionnellement pour l'instant.Par contre je peux donner un conseil aux futurs utilisateurs concernant le fait que la corde est enroulée lors de l'achat donc pleine de marques.Il suffit de la suspendre les poignées vers le bas à un patère ou un cintre au moins pendant 15 jours et en l'étirant au moins une fois par jour en prenant les poignées dans une main et l'arrondi de la corde dans l'autre et écarter les bras cela assoupli et supprime les marques.

Регулировка длинны Веревка из кожи слишком легкая

Веревка из кожи слишком легкая - крутить ее сложнее особенно если надо делать двойные прыжки. Шнур из ПВХ немного тяжелее и крутится проще, за счет большей инерции. Кожаный шнур менее долговечен, чем ПВХ, думаю он быстро разорвется об пол. Советую покупать скакалки из ПВХ, они отличные, на кожу не разводитесь.

Дело в том, что данная модель предназначена для интенсивных тренировок, целью которых является осуществление наибольшего количества прыжков за определенный отрезок времени. Поэтому материал верёвки данной скакалки (кожа) более лёгкий, чем скакалки из ПВХ, которая в свою очередь предназначена для начинающих. 
Что же касается возможности быстрого истирания материала, то на каждое изделие марка Domyos даёт гарантию два года, по которой Вы сможете осуществить замену бракованного товара в магазине покупки.

    Das es gut verarbeitet ist Für den Preis bestens.....

    Es gibt für Ausdauersport nix besseres wie ein Lederseil!
    Perfekt wäre es wenn es nach unten dicker zulaufen würde um
    mehr Gewicht beim Springen zu haben.....ansonsten ist es top!
