    Bought these to wear around the house to strengthen leg muscles after leg problems due to trapped nerve in back, did the job perfectly and got me back to walking without relying on a stick much quicker.

    Not enough to mention! -

    During the use, the weights will become loose and you have to stop and re-adjust.Could be ok if you only use them for few repetitions but if you plan to do 50 ,it soon become annoying that the bags will not sit properly on your ankles.
    To me is just a waste of money.
